What happens to your data
Active session
Voice audio is used during your session
When you speak to Innuro, your audio is used during the active session. Transcripts, session records, and the insights you build can be retained so the product works.
Operations
Protected with access controls
Transport security, hosted storage controls, and operational access controls are used. This does not mean staff or contracted providers can never access data needed to operate the service.
Your request
Export and deletion requests have defined scope
You can request an export or deletion of your reflections and account data. Records needed to run the service — such as security and service logs — follow the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
Our policy
We do not sell personal information
Our Privacy Policy states the data we process, why we process it, and the choices currently available.
02 / Review and correction controls
Correct or remove what does not fit
A possible connection is provisional. Review the source, correct it, or remove it. Some of these controls are still rolling out; each one says so where it appears in the app.
Session control
Undo a session
Undo removes a recent session's effects from future connections. The original record remains until a supported deletion flow removes it.
Review and correction
Flag what doesn't fit
Mark a selected connection for review and see what changes and what remains.
A correction changes what Innuro uses in later reviews.

A selected connection should show its source, date, uncertainty, correction, and destination in World.

Innuro asks whether a possible connection fits. It does not determine identity, cause, or diagnosis from a reflection.

A suggestion is optional
Innuro may offer a small step linked to a selected reflection. You choose whether to try it. It is not medical advice.

The suggestion states which selected reflection or possible connection prompted it.
Review the basis
Review the source, date, and uncertainty before deciding whether to use it.
Dismiss or correct
Dismiss a suggestion or mark its supporting connection for review when it does not fit.
