INNURO
Privacy and safety

What Innuro does with your data—and what it cannot do.

Reflections can be sensitive. This page states the current storage, control, and crisis boundaries in plain language.

Privacy, simplified

What happens to your data

Let's be clear about how we handle your most personal information.

  1. Active session

Voice audio is used during your session

When you speak to Innuro, your audio is used during the active session. Transcripts, session records, and the insights you build can be retained so the product works.

  2. Operations

    Protected with access controls

Transport security, hosted storage controls, and operational access controls are used. This does not mean staff or contracted providers can never access data needed to operate the service.

  3. Your request

Export and deletion requests have defined scope

Request an export or deletion for the data our privacy flows support today. Some operational records, analytics, and service records have separate retention paths.

  4. Our policy

We do not sell personal information

Our Privacy Policy states the data we process, why we process it, and the choices currently available.

Review and correction controls

Correct or remove what does not fit

A possible connection is provisional. Review the source, correct it, or remove it.

  1. Eligibility varies

    Undo a session

When eligible, undo can remove recent session effects from future connections. Original records may remain until a supported deletion flow runs.

  2. Review and correction

    Flag what doesn't fit

Where this control is available, mark a selected connection for review. The interface should state what changes and what remains.

Where the control is available, a correction can change what Innuro uses in later reviews.

Source and uncertainty

Selected connections include a review path

A selected connection should show its source, date, uncertainty, correction, and destination in World.

Read path

Open a connection to see

  1. 01The selected reflections used as supporting sources
  2. 02When each source was recorded or last updated
  3. 03The uncertainty statement and where to correct it
Principle

Ask, don't conclude

Innuro asks whether a possible connection fits. It does not determine identity, cause, or diagnosis from a reflection.

How suggested actions are bounded

A suggestion is optional

Innuro may offer a small step linked to a selected reflection. You choose whether to try it. It is not medical advice.

  1. Linked to a selected reflection

The suggestion states which selected reflection or possible connection prompted it.

  2. Review the basis

Review the source, date, and uncertainty before deciding whether to use it.

  3. Dismiss or correct

Dismiss a suggestion or mark its supporting connection for review when it does not fit.

You choose whether to use a suggestion.

Support when things get hard

What happens if things get hard

Sometimes reflection brings up difficult feelings. Innuro is not an emergency service. It does not monitor you or guarantee it will recognize a crisis. If you mention a crisis during an active session, Innuro may show support resources. It does not contact a service or another person for you. If you might be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line now.

Can

What we do

  • May show crisis-support resources if you mention a crisis during an active session
  • State that Innuro does not monitor you or guarantee crisis detection
  • If you might be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line
Cannot

What we don't do

  • Contact emergency services or another person on your behalf
  • Provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring
  • Replace professional or crisis care
Important to understand

What Innuro is — and isn't

We're a companion for self-understanding — not a replacement for professional care.

The difference:

01

A qualified professional can assess, diagnose, or treat within their scope.

Innuro reviews selected reflections and does not diagnose.

02

A professional applies clinical judgment and context.

Innuro can offer one source-linked possibility for you to review.

03

A professional can provide ongoing care or an emergency plan.

Innuro does not provide emergency monitoring or care.

You can choose to share selected reflections with a qualified professional. Innuro does not send them for you.

Continue safely

Choose the support that fits this moment.

Innuro is a companion for self-understanding, not an emergency service or a replacement for qualified professional care.

Urgent or immediate danger needs local emergency or crisis support.
