What this is
These are the terms of our agreement with you.
We've tried to write them in plain language because we respect your time and attention. The legal stuff is here because it has to be, but we want you to actually understand what you're agreeing to.
By using Innuro, you're agreeing to these terms. If something doesn't sit right with you, please reach out — we're happy to explain.
The most important part
We need to be very clear about what Innuro is — and what it isn't.
Innuro is
- A companion for self-understanding
- A way to explore your patterns and feelings
- A tool to complement your personal growth journey
Innuro is NOT
- A medical device
- A therapy service
- A substitute for professional mental health care
- Equipped to handle crisis situations
We do NOT provide:
If you're in crisis:
Please contact emergency services immediately.
Your account responsibilities
To use Innuro, you need to be at least 18 years old.
You agree to:
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Please keep your credentials safe.
How to use Innuro
We trust you to use Innuro respectfully. That means:
Please don't:
What you own
Your content belongs to you
Your journal entries, voice sessions, and personal content are yours.
When you use Innuro, you give us permission to use your content to provide the service — generating insights, building your map, showing patterns. But we don't own your thoughts.
You can download or delete your content anytime.
What we own
Innuro itself — the app, the design, the features, the code — belongs to us. You're welcome to use it, but you can't copy it or claim it as your own.
Your privacy

The necessary legal details
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Innuro isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This doesn't mean we don't care; it means we're a small company and we need reasonable legal protections.
If something goes wrong
You agree not to hold us responsible for claims, damages, or expenses that come from your use of the service or from violating these terms.
Changes to these terms
We might update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
Account termination
We can suspend or end your access if needed. You can also delete your account anytime through the app.
