01How is Innuro different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose assistant. Innuro is built for self-understanding over time. It can ask a follow-up based on what you share, place selected earlier and recent reflections together, and show one possible connection with its source. You decide whether it fits and can correct or remove it.
02How does Innuro choose a follow-up question?
Innuro can use the words in your current reflection and selected earlier context to choose one relevant follow-up. Deeper questions wait until there is enough context, and you can skip or change direction. Question structures are informed by reviewed psychological frameworks, but they do not provide a diagnosis or decide what is true about you.
03How is this different from other apps you may have tried?
Innuro works from reflections you choose to share. It can compare selected reflections over time and offer a possible connection with its source. The result is provisional: you can review, correct, or remove it.
04What is the World?
World is Innuro's product view for selected connections. It shows the source and lets you correct or remove what does not fit.
05What does a reviewable connection show?
A selected connection includes the supporting reflection, when it was recorded, an uncertainty statement, and a destination where you can review it. You can correct or remove what does not fit.
06What does "Innuro" mean?
Innuro is derived from "inner." We use the name for a product focused on reviewing your own reflections over time.

01Is my data private?
Reflections and account data can be sensitive. Innuro uses transport security, hosted storage controls, and access controls, but no system is risk-free and staff or service providers may process data to operate the service. Voice audio is processed during active sessions; transcript text and other session records may be stored. Supported privacy flows let you request export or deletion for covered data classes. Read the Privacy Policy for current details.
02Is Innuro a replacement for professional care?
No. Innuro is a self-understanding companion. It can help you review selected reflections, but it does not diagnose or treat anything. If you need professional support, please contact a qualified professional.
03Can I use this instead of professional care?
Innuro is a companion for self-understanding, not a replacement for professional care. If it is useful, you can choose which reflections to discuss with a qualified professional.
04What if I'm in crisis?
Innuro is not an emergency service. It does not monitor you or guarantee it will recognize a crisis. If you mention a crisis during an active session, Innuro may show support resources. It does not contact a service or another person for you. If you might be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line now.

02Do I have to use voice?
No. You can type, speak, or switch between both. Voice is optional and speech is transcribed for the reflection.
