What INNURO notices (and what it doesn't claim)

Notice patterns across the moments you share.

INNURO is a place to reflect on your life story and what you have recorded. It can notice what returns in that material. It is not a therapist, not a medical service, and not a substitute for professional care.

What INNURO notices

Recurring patterns in what you recorded

INNURO can notice recurring patterns in the life story or recorded material you share — patterns in what you recorded, not a verdict about who you are.

A living atlas of what was shared

What you share can appear as a living atlas — or the map Innuro builds — of recorded moments. Selected patterns can show where they came from. You can inspect the source, see how recent the support is, and correct or dismiss something that does not fit.

When something looks like a possible connection, treat it as a possible connection: not a verdict, and something you can correct.

Reflection, with room to correct

Prompts may support reflection. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure.

If INNURO offers a claim about what you shared, you should be able to see where it came from, how fresh it is, how uncertain it is, how to correct it, and where to open the fuller context (usually World).

What INNURO does not claim

INNURO does not claim to be therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical monitoring.

In beta marketing and educational writing, it does not use “mental health” as a product category or claim, does not use “wellness” as a store subtitle, and does not claim stress relief, anxiety or depression relief, mood improvement, or other outcomes.

It does not frame CBT, DBT, or other modalities as care.

It does not claim crisis detection, crisis counseling, crisis prevention, or crisis care. If crisis language appears, it redirects only — first to emergency services, then to published hotlines (988 is a US example; UK 116 123 and findahelpline.com remain available). The product does not provide crisis care.

It does not claim to know you deeply, explain your psychology fully, model you completely, or speak as “we know you.”

Privacy copy may say your data is never sold. It should not say never shared when contracted partners process voice or transcripts under the privacy policy.

What returns in what you share is yours to inspect, question, and correct.
